How to reset a Users voicemail pin from the UGS Phone Portal as an admin

These options wont be available to basic user profiles. You must have office admin permissions to be able to see this view and reset a users voicemail pin. 

Once your logged into the portal select the affected user to open their profile. 

Click the profile tab and go the bottom  to the subheading Change Voicemail PIN

Enter pin requested by customer (must be 4 numeric nonrepeating digits)

Press save to reset the pin so user can regain access to mailbox.
