How to forward a user Extension from the phone portal.

This article descrbes how to set a forward on a user extension to another extension or external #. 


Step 1. First the user will login to the UGS Phone portal with supplied credentials.

Step 2. Click the option labeled answering rules as seen below. 

Step 3. Hover over the call rule and a pencil to edit will appear on right click to edit rule.

You will then see a popup as shown below.

if forwarding to another extension internatlly input extension as listed above in call forward always field.  If your sending to an external location set forward as seen below and hit save to apply. 


After pressing save the forward will be active.
